Stopping gauge needles from disappearing mod

Does it exist? I have this pic:
As you can see, the instrument cluster (speedo and RPM gauges) is missing it's gauge needles because 'Reg is not in the car. So, is there a mod that forces them to appear even with no driver?

@Rstein even vanilla cars have that sometimes, iirc it's due to the specific zmod3 settings of the dials, so in other words, a badly done vehicle edit having a bug
