You would be better off asking in the NVE Discord but it looks like it's not installed properly, unless it was working properly and something changed

since development started on NVE in July 2019 razed and his staff stopped giving support for NVR, stating its 'outdated'.
And comments section on NVR upload on 5Mods was closed for fear of NVE being leaked (yet it's been leaked via YouTube regardless)@Myszoskok try again using a fresh update.rpf without previous edits in it
