GTA 5 TPV model animations and perspective to Cyberpunk 2077

Thats right. Is it possible to port the third person camera, the model and walking animations out of GTA 5 and into Cyberpunk? Cyberpunk apparently has no actual proper character animations, it's just a camera floating in space with some legs and arms. In order to have a Third Person camera it would be necessary to not only move the camera back a few feet but it needs a whole working model with the walking animations. What better game to get them from than GTA 5?
There are a lot of talented modders for GTA 5 and hardly any for Cyberpunk. I invite these great minds here to put their skills to use and make Cyberpunk good for the first time. Lol.
