Add On cars help

Hey guys i was having issues after i reinstalled my game, when i ever i try to install a add on car it keeps crashing my game and i dont have over 100 cars installed. I also tired installing that XML file so you can have over 100 add on cars but that doesn't work, so if anyone knows whats going on if you could help me that would be great. Thanks!
