For some reason when I have a wanted level, all the cop cars explode. Anyone know why?

When I have a wanted level, cop cars spawn then, they explode. But when they are pursuing a ped they don't explode? Anyone know what the deal here is?

Do you have "explode/kill all enemy's" or similar turned on in a trainer?

no, I use Menyoo. I checked everything, my scripts, folders, everything. And I'm not willing to re-install every single mod for gta 5.
