You just have to keep checking the website and see if it's been updated. Usually takes a couple of days.

It'll be ready when it's ready and not before. AB has a website where he hosts the file. Just check it after ~ 5 days and then every other day after that. It could be a couple days, might be 2 weeks. it's done in that person's spare time without obligation to anyone.
