No add-on tuning

Hello guys, can somebody help me? I have gta 5 ver. 1.0.1180.2 with installed last version of Menyoo, ScriptHookV + dot Net, asi loader and all what Menyoo needs. After some momen, new spawning add-on cars has no tuning at all, I can't even upgrade engine (this line have missed from the menyoo customs). Windows are also doesn't tinted. When I change rims (it doesn't matter what type), menyoo crashes with error "An exception occurred while executing 'Menyoo.asi' (0x00007FFD2CDB9EF0), id 32"
i tried to change tuning kit's ID, but it isn't help.Though some of the add-ons have possibility of upgrading engine, changing rims and tinting windows, i want to fix this error.
