[ERROR] GTA V Redux & Addon-Cars not working!

Hey So I just installed the Redux mod by Josh Romito , When i finished it and installed add-on cars , I can't get past the social club launcher it says Loading BTW I have a pic attached!

It may have to do with your GameConfig.xml file, though i found Redux to be very problematic. I keep crashing when i spawn the cars in.
