Fixing Walk on Water mod

One of the last updates broke the walk on water mod by NotCrunchyTaco, a shame because it was such a simple but cool script.

My guess is an update changed the prop that was being used to elevate the ped over the water, if someone could figure out how to use one that works then this mod would be golden. The source code for it is below:
I feel like this is an easy fix but lack the skills myself, any help would be great!
