Hey Map makers, help a brotha out for $$$

Here is the thing, I have 3D model files of interiors, and a building I got from 3D modeling sites. The thing is, I have no idea what program to use in an effort to convert it to GTA 5. I'm kind of a busy guy, so I don't have a lot of time to learn it, unless it's relatively straight forward. So here's the thing, I will pay anyone willing to make an add-on, or an XML map of some of the files I have. If you're worried if I pay or not, ask anyone on this site who have worked with me. I ALWAYS PAY. I love supporting the mod community.
