Use addons cars as traffic, but without replacing the car files, only edit in game files.

Hi, there a program or a file in game files which can i edit with OpenIV to replace the vanilla cars with addon cars, for example make the game to use real addon cars as traffic or in missions, i don't want to replace vanilla cars with real cars, i just want to make the game use the cars from addon, for example Michael had Obey tailgater and i want the game to use a 2021 Audi RS6 Sedan (C8) from a addon files, not replacing the car files. is there a way? Thanks.
