GTA 5 crashes (no error code) after 10-20 minutes of play with modded cars

Hi. My game always crashes after around 10-20 minutes of playtime after I installed add-on and replacement car mods. I've installed them correctly, also installed the heap limit adjuster, the packfile limit adjuster and the gameconfig, as well as all the required mods. The car mods all work fine in game. But the game inevitably crashes after awhile.
Is there any solution to this issue? Really appreciate any help. Thanks!
