Future of Add-On peds

I had a question about Add-On Peds. I have seen everything from, a tiny baby Groot to something as big as Godzilla, and everything in between, but as far as I know, there are no Add-On animals. Is this possible? I have seen deer reskinned to be elephants, and horses, even Disney characters, but I wonder if there is a way to add them instead of just reskinning the regular in game animals. I have a great idea for a mod, but I need to know if this can even be done first. If anyone knows, hit me up.

Why not, anything can be added, the thing is that Addon Peds tool probably will limit you in that regard, you'd have to do it manually, addon peds mod is technically useless, it's only useful if you have no knowledge of adding peds or anything in that regard
