Getting started in GTA V modding

Hi,
I want to start modding in GTA 5 (Skripthook V, asi files), but i dont know where to start. I already looked on youtube and other platforms, but the tutorials are mostly outdated and most of the links doesn't work anymore. Does somebody know a reliable documentaion that explains the process from the beginning?

Oh i forgot to say that i mean like coding them. I have experience in .net, java and python but i couldn't find a realiable documentation
