GTA 5 Car mods not working at all after new update

So i just updated GTA and none of my mods work, only nvr. REDUX, Nope. And no car mods at all. i have done a fresh re-install and all. can someone help me out through discord or something? I would not say I'm new to modding but I have never had this bad of an issue

having the same problem i have also downloaded scripthook v that did not fix it
