Crash in loading screen but no error/crash message (epic games ver.)

This has been happening to me for months and resetting my pc doesn't work anymore. Right when it should put me in story mode, it just closes. I even have my settings super low in case it was a crash thing. This is really sad for me because gta is my favorite game and I haven't been able to play for months. I do not have ANY mods/setting tweaks installed in my files.

I would like to clarify again that I get NO crash message or anything when this happens, it just closes and opens epic games launcher
