[MISC] New Game+

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to create a "New Game+"-Mod for the Singleplayer.
Basically unlocking all things right from the start:
-Weapons
-Weapon Upgrades
-Car Upgrades
-Map
-Garages
-Industries

Getting those things to choose right from the start would be amazing. I played the game plenty of times now and even so you can re-run the missions, I would like to have that god-like advantage for my expierience.
Maybe it is allready possible by using some scripts/cheats/mods/trainers that I am not aware of?!
