Map editor use. Help please

Ok so just wondering. I've seen alot of map mods that add little scenes and roadblocks and such on here which all require the map editor.
I'm just wondering if I download these changes do they all load into the GTA v map or do I have to choose one and then just play the game with this single map addition?

@RDC74656 they is two kind of map, map with spawned object that can be loaded/unloaded ingame and there is the multiplayermap for fivereborn and multifive.
You'"re probably talking about the first so i recomend you to use map editor or menyoo ( both have their advantage)

@Shaezbreizh thank you for helping. Are they both compatible with the current build of steam version?
I've seen comments on some tweaks that Menyoo can clash with other tweaks.

@RDC74656 With map editor maps you can load more then one, but there's a prop limit (~1800 props), after that the maps become buggy.
