Attempting to do AddonPed, but having issues.

After selecting the mods folder in OpenIV, I select the update folder, next should be both x64 and update.rdf.
Unfortunately, I do not have a x64 folder after selecting update:

OpenIV/mods/update- then after that there is no x64 folder to choose, how can I get this back?

Copy the folder X64 to the mods folder. Sometimes you have to do it manually, but be warned, it could take a long time to paste it to the mods folder. Then from there, just mod at your will.
