Vehicle Chrome Paint Problem

Just found out the chrome paint in my game is extremely dark, like darker than any other paint and not reflective as well, I'm not sure what the cause is, I've tried several graphic mods, NVR, Redux, all ENBs and Reshades, now I'm using NVE but still the same. Someone plz tell me what the cause might be and the solution to that
