Remove/Invisible Head?

Hello!
I have been trying 2-3 trainers and skin control ect.
But have not find any possibility to remove Only the head!
I can erase arms, most of the torso and hands. In one trainer I can remove head and hands but I still want to have the hands showing.
Is there anyway I can do this?
Reason is when I use a custom camera to place it nice on Motorcycles the head is in the way.
Mabye there is a mod Ive missed but been searching a while on google, here and youtube.
