Adjusting a 2020 tahoe ppv

I am a dev for the fivem server BVRP, me and the other devs have tried almost everything in the handling meta to change it and doesnt seem to matter what we change it doesnt break 120 MPH. i have referenced and read through https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/3842/tutorial-handling-meta . and tried changing what i think effects the speed. but nothing seems to make it get past 120MPH. suggestions on what to change to make the speed go higher?

If you just changed the top speed (
fInitialDriveMaxFlatVel) - expect the same result as swapping out for gears in a real car. Sure you'll hit a higher speed at redline, but your engine's got only so much power and it'll balance between drag and engine power.Crank up the engine power. (

fInitialDriveMaxFlatVel was changed our target goal is to be around 150mph to simulate an actual PPV top end speed, chnaged the shift up and down slightly for a quicker shift to match a 2020 tahoe in general. so probly just need to crank engine power up to compensate and get to our redline value
