Dim vehicle surface reflection & chrome paint problem

Not sure when this started to happen, the reflection on vehicles are very matte and dim even though im using metallic paint, nearly no reflection is applied, iv tried all sorts of ENBs like PRSA, enhanced reflection, NVR ENB, NVE ENB, 5K ENB, none of them seems to work, this problem only occurs to vehicle reflections, when using PRSA or NVE water and puddle reflections are fine. Another problem is that the chrome paint on my game appears to be very very dark, darker than any other paint as if its absorbing light instead of reflecting. I thought it was a problem of graphic mods conflict until i did a test yesterday, the same problem occurred on vanilla version of the game, now Im very confused about the cause of this problem. Can anyone plz tell me what the cause might be and the solution plz? ill very appreciate that
