car paint problem

every car paint in my game are very dim and matte, nearly no reflection is applied, at first I thought it was some kind of mod conflict until i tested it with the vanilla version and i had the same problem. im using rtx 2060, im now very confused with the problem, can anyone plz tell me what might cause the problem? its really annoying
