How do I run the chaos mod on GTA 5? The creator said have a scripthook thing installed, which I did, and everything is in my GTA folder

Based on the read me it says you press CTRL+ L and it toggles the mod. Check the read me. It's inside the Chaos folder. The file is called shortcuts_ read me
