Adding Vehicles to Southern SA Super Autos, Legendary MS, Warstock etc?

I'm curious as to how this works as I've seen some pictures circulating with some car mods from here having their own listings, pictures, names, descriptions and prices on Legendary MS, Warstock, Southern SA Super Autos etc.
Are they fake, replacement mods or simply possible now?

@GTAV-Noob-Modder117 its almost the same as community radio gfx its the same file different way you need to edit that file but .gfx is not as easy to edit and there is an .ydt well just textures here the names:

So are they simply overrides or can you actually "add" say an addon car to the list just like that? I heard you could edit the pictures and/or info but not exactly add new vehicles to the shops nor link the purchases to the models either.
