How can I edit .ASI files?

So I recently downloaded a private file from a user, I want to edit it to change the keybinds of the script, but I searched everywhere and I can't seem to find one that can decompile the script.
I've tried universal file editors, Im a Python Coder so I tried it with multiple IDE's, including, VSC, PyCharm, Atom, and VS2019.
If anybody can help, please respond.
Oh and the File doesn't come with a .ini file so, thats why im wondering, how do I change the keybinds.
