Liberty City Mod Crashes At Same Point on Map Every Time!

I have the latest Liberty City map mod installed along with the Cayo Perico map mod as well. The city spawns fine and I can get to it but the problem is that the game crashes to desktop at exactly the SAME location every single time!
It's near the Playboy X apartment on the other side when I'm driving south (there's a men's clothing store building on the right) the game just crashes right there.
I've reinstalled the Liberty City map mod several times after carefully reading the instructions but I don't understand why it's crashing right there and ONLY there!
Can anyone help?
