Vehicle insta crashes my game

Hello i am running the latest GTA 5 update i have everything updated to the latest versions i downloaded this https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/25801-els-san-andreas-state-trooper-pack/ every vehicle works except the silverado but everyone says it does i tried putting my Vehicle.meta back to vanilla and putting them all back in one by one it didnt work it only crashes on this specific vehicle as you can see from this clip here (the car in the background with the lights is from the same mod pack and it works fine as you can see from the lights i can get inside of it and light them up (https://gyazo.com/3c2e9317d8999562eeee76dd15d5a06a)
