Car mod/.meta files.. help..

Im new be gentle lol and Im trying to install this mod ..https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/nissan-silvia-s15-vertex

But in the readme it says ''Go to update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicle.meta and find f620. Then go to flags add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY. ''

I got to here and click on that meta file and alot of text comes up from the file.I have found the f620 listing. But i dont know how to actually add any text to it. I have edit mode turned on.

Any help is much appreciated. Ty

@twistsnturns Extract the meta file, open it in Notepad, add the line, put it back. You cannot edit them in openIV, you have to extract them first.
Here's another tip. Use the add-on method.
