After installing Natural Vision Evolved Clouds dosen't work!

Hello! I'm running GTA v latest version (1.0.2189.0 epic games). I installed Natural Vision Evolved lately but I noticed that there are no clouds in the sky.
I tried to install Clouds V: New Clouds for Visual V [2019] but no result.
