Missing Folders - Installation skins and add-on problems

briefly explained, i followed this video:
my problem is, every time that i try to install any mod, the creators requires me to drag the mod's files into folders that i don't have on my machine.
Example:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01 Xmods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/ mpvinewood/dlc.rpf/x64/audio
update\x64\dlcpacks\ patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng_f_outfits.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_female_freemode_hipster
many of the mods require those folders that i don't have.
i don't have those showed even with OPEN IV. so i can't simply replace any skin, put new hair cuts or add any clothing.
like, my DLC packer it's complealty empty.
where can i get those? or what can i do?.cheers.

@Frenk4 If you don't have them in your mods folder copy them over from the original game files.

now i'll have some fun to put 42 gbs into the mod thingy.
