GT Crashing after editing vechicles

I've read a lot of posts on here about what seems to be the exact same issue but no resolution yet.
I completely reinstalled GTA after it first broke, it worked. I slowly then adding mods like scripthook ect and then loading the game to make sure each was working correctly.
I then added an .OIV to add some replace files for police cars ect, That worked fine too. As soon as i then replaced one of the files that the OIV had added with my own the entire game just now crashes
To make clear, i'm not adding any vehicles ect im simply replaces the files thats there (in mods folder ofc)
I have 0 idea whats causing it and any help would be greatful.
