I want the female ranger to be able to arrest the player like the male ranger how do i change their characteristics so the female ranger like the male ranger can arrest like the police/what file do i modify to do this?

@1995SUBURBANS Not sure what you mean by file to modify. You would need to write a script assuming it is possible.
