Mods such as AddonPeds crashing Director Mode

It appears that the mods in my mods folder is crashing Director Mode (when entering director mode, a black screen appears and nothing happens, have to quit via Task Manager)
The mods:
AddonPeds, Cyberpunk quadra, some peds and Cyberpunk custom_map(I'm trying to recreate a wallpaper I've recently run into, which uses these core mods, along with NVR which I haven't installed)
Any solutions? Haven't found a single viable fix or article to it
