GTA V "Unrecoverable Fault"? (caused by dinput8.dll

So,
I started the game via steam (Yes, its the steam version) and got that error. YES, I tried uinstalling all mods, verifying game files and even reinstalling/downloading GTA V. But nothing helped. Did anyone else, have/has the issue.Edit: It is caused by dinput8.dll. I have removed all scripts and or asi. plugins, but it hasnt worked.
