OpenIV Error dlclist.xml

Hi, I'm running the latest GTA V (version 1.0.2189.0 on Steam) and I updated OpenIV, ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet. Here is the log:

I have tried verifying game files and other things too, i keep getting ERR_FIL_PACK_3 error when loading the game.

You've got more dlcpacks than the base game can handle. You need to add the Heap limit and Packfile Limit adjusters.

hey man i only have 2 vehicles in my dlcpacks folder and have HeapAdjuster and Heap Limit Adjuster too

im sure it is a directx error because it does say d3d9.dll error
