Would a nano drone mod be possible?

Would be cool to have some form of nano drone (controlled like the ones in GTA Online) but usable in singleplayer. Is this possible? I've looked into other drone mods but they either have 'complicated controls' or aren't similar to the Nano Drone. I don't mind if they don't have a shock or explode feature but just being able to use a nano drone (maybe with a configurable radius or allow for unlimited range) would be cool.
