Pool sizes indeed cause those problems!
But you shouldn't forget, that a faulty mod or mesh could cause that too...

What Object are we talking about?
Those dummy object you can spawn within the vanilla GTA V ? Or is a custom one.

Are you playing Singleplayer? If not, doesn't the Multiplayer Platform throw errors or show something in the logs?
