dlc.rpf has disappeared in each of the dlc folders(mods/update/update.rpf/x64/dlc)

ive been accumulating cars for years in the patchday and dlc folders under mods folder. i just updated the update.rpf in Open IV and only the clothing remains in game...weapons and cars are vanilla. i cannot find dlc.rpf in my modded folders anymore!
did i miss something with the last update?
any ideas or iinfo? or just try backup?
