GTA 5 limiting resources when using the skin through the Pad Selector.

Hello people.
I recently decided to install mods in GTA 5, and I realized that by opening Ped Selector and selecting a character skin (add-ons), the game removes my money, my weapons from the inventory, and all shops / stores in the game are closed.
This happens at the exact moment that I select a character skin through Ped Selector. Does anyone know how to solve?

I managed to retrieve the weapons with the Native Trainer, but the money I add for NT cannot be used, and the stores are still closed.
