Could anyone upload thee original 64b.rpf please, I was using the search function in OpenIV and I edited 2x the textures, the ones in my mods folder and the ones in the game's folder. So I sort of fucked up
I just need 64b.rpf so I can go online again

I think it's because transmitting original game files could be classed as a direct breach of copyright. It's probably just to protect the site more than anything. Files being modded means you're not effectively transmitting what Rockstar have released, even though you kinda are.
It turns a black and white area into a fuzzy grey area.
