Enhanced Native Trainer (ENT) v47 has slower "Fastest in the world" boost than ENT from 2 years ago

In this version Fastest in the world boost works like Nothing can stop me, holding F9 is increasing speed. I don't like it. Until 2 months ago i was using older ENT version (don't know version number), one press on F9 gave max Fastest in the world boost speed. Which version was that?

Versions below 42 have what i want. I use 41 now.
