Rockstar launcher gives error code 1

I just got back into gta 5 and I tried installing social club or rockstar launcher or whatever it is now and when I install it everything is good except for the fact that social club isn't installed and I don't have a social club installer under redistributables like everyone else has. I want to get back to the game and I have contacted MANY rockstar support members and all they say is just redownload the installer (which I have 5 times now). Anyone have the social club installer or can help me get this launcher going please. Thanks

if you’ve downloaded the installer “5 times” like you say, why not use them instead of asking people here for it? distribution of game files is against site rules so you won’t get it here

@Reacon I'm not looking for the actual game. The launcher to launch the game won't work at all. I can not get the launcher to install correctly. Again not asking for game files. I already have the game installed but the new game launcher won't work at all.
