idk no why this happend i have alest 16gb of ram and its stuttering like hell

@KidKonk231 my gta v is stuttering too it is giving me about 20 fps but it's stuttering I tried so many of mods but it's not solving

that happened coz you have downloaded cars that have unecessarily textured with 32 bits no compression having 4k and up resolutions, weak cpu and gpu will suffer.
