Installing mods preventing me to play gta v.

Hey! I recently installed Script Hook V and the menyoo mod, it worked on the first day but now when i open it it crashes while loading story mode, i deleted the scipt hook and menyoo mod files but it is still not letting me play, can someone please help me with this?

Maybe you need to verify the game files or install script hook v .net. Or try to update script hook. If it not works go to root gta v directory and find commandline.txt and write into it -ScOfflineOnly
