Help with modifying NPC behaviors

So I got back into GTA V after quite a bit, installed some Euphoria mods and have been pushing peds around only to realise that even though the peds don't fall down, they run away in fear. I've been looking to modify this behavior so that they throw an insult my way instead of running away. I'm no modder so I don't know how I would achieve this. I've being looking into the agitatedresponses.meta file although I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right place. Any guidance would be appreciated.
