game crashes no error messages a ton of car mods

Hi! My game used to work before the update. I downgraded it but updated it again due to the scripthook update. For some reason, it suddenly crashes now when it worked perfectly before.
Steps I did
upgraded scripthook
reinstalled packfile, heap adjuster
verified game files
reinstalled the dlc list and extratitleupdate
installed the new game config
