GTA 5 and game crashes during city driving near michaels house and the los santos garage

Hi all,

my game seems to crash about 5 minutes of driving around this area.

any ideas?

i have a few mods and scripts but have since stripped it back (only natural vision installed) and it still crashes whilst driving near michaels house and the los santos garage
