JulioNib Menu does not working at all

Hi everybody.
I have tried to make JulioNib menu works, but no way... I have read posts, but I am not able to make it work. When I press Ctr+N (or any other key) it does not show the menu.I have only little things installed:
- Addon Peds mods.
- NaturalVision Evolved
- Simple Trainer
- Enhanced Trainer
Everything works fine... except for JulioNib menu. Previous version worked fine for me.
Could anybody please help me? I would pay for the mods, but not only before seeing the menu working.
